Mr. Jayant Deshpande (Jayant Dada) is a genuinely amazing person and a knowledgeable realtor. With him as our realtor, we never had to worry about anything. JD as we call him, he’s now our friend and a trusted advisor. With Jayant Deshpande in our corner, our first time home buyer journey became simpler even though we were in a complex Canadian housing market race that was getting tougher with each passing day! I want to acknowledge and appreciate the fantastic work that Mr. Jayant Deshpande did in helping us purchase our detached home. It took us quite some time to make the purchase (over 2 years) as I had a definite list in my mind and did not want to go over budget in this market. Jayant was patient and always provided right guidance. Turns out we found our dream home that mapped to all my asks of being a detached home, locality, large backyard and so on.. He recommended the best lawyers for the home closing that provided great service at reasonable cost. He also provided support post closing on moving, cleaning, and pest controls etc. services at no cost. He has a great professional attitude and is always calm and never pressurized us into making a commitment if we were not 100% sure. I am extremely happy with his work and sure to recommend him to my extended network in Canada. This is a long appreciation post for our beloved Jayant Dada and I mean it when I call him “Dada”. He has been our pillar of motivation behind finding the right “house” that we now so proudly call it our “home”. We started looking for properties in April, and we read about Mr Jayant Deshpande in MBM (trust me guys, this is a very reliable platform for new comers like us). We learnt about him and his way of business through MBM. He is a straightforward person and that is what clicked us. The first instinct is always right. We had made our intentions about buying the house extremely transparent. The very first house that we saw, was a benchmark and kind of a tutorial class for us. He knew we had limited knowledge and so he helped us understand the basics of how houses are built in Canada and what to look while choosing the property. We finalised the house in July, 2022. The best part of this whole process was about to come. He helped us with the house inspection and got us the house at a slightly lower price than initially listed. The process later went on as smoothly as one could imagine. Before the final settlement, there were 2 visits, and we were able to go this property and check out every inch and corner and appliances, while Dada being very patient. And then comes the moving day. We got the moving, basic + carpet cleaning, HVAC-cleaning and pest control services complimentary from him. And I am so thankful that all the contact which he provided were extremely reliable. We still reach out to him for anything that we need with respect to services that one would require in the new place. Brilliant mind, tenacious, persuasive, honest and thorough. Thank you Jayant Dada.
